DENVER, CO: January 11: CriticalArc is hiring a Director of Marketing to drive its marketing activities globally from its Colorado office.

We are seeking a marketing generalist with a flair for product marketing for our B2B SaaS products that are in the Safety, Security and Emergency Management space.  The successful individual will be able to work strategically with senior management and also get hands-on to deliver on the marketing strategy which they will own.

The EMEA SafeZone 2018 conference will be hosted by Heriot Watt University, in Edinburgh UK.

The conference will run for 1 and a half days on Wednesday/Thursday March 7th and 8th, with an informal welcome session on the evening of 6th March and a networking dinner on March 7.

Note for for those travelling internationally, there will be opportunities to undertake site visits before and after the conference. Contact your CriticalArc account manager to arrange introductions.

Following feedback from 2017’s successful inaugural conference, there will be a shorter format with more emphasis on Workshop sessions.

Technology enables users worldwide to link in with university emergency supports

First Irish university to roll-out SafeZone

DUBLIN, IRELAND, 9 DECEMBER 2017 – Dublin City University is providing emergency supports to staff and students anywhere in the world through a mobile safety application called SafeZone which links users with the University emergency response team.

Provided by technology firm CriticalArc, the app, which DCU staff and students can download at no cost, will enable students and staff to connect with DCU’s emergency response team if urgent help is required, first aid is needed or an emergency occurs.

DCU is the first university in the Republic of Ireland to roll-out SafeZone, which will be available to a student and staff population of almost 19,000 across the Glasnevin, St Patrick’s and All Hallows campuses. The app is also of use to University staff and students who are working and studying overseas.
